Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

Exclusions

Sale items are non-refundable.
Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
Refunds for late or missing amounts may take additional processing time.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
